- Defining / importing the building plan in a web application;
- Definition of points of interest (POI);
- Keeping track of moving goods internally through one-way communication;
- Determining the current location of equipment and work assets;
- Calculating & reporting details for a vehicle route (distances, points of interest, directions);
- Optimizing the route of a vehicle;

- Several Wi-Fi access points (anchors) are placed inside the unit in well-known fixed positions;
- Each tracked vehicle is fitted with a Raspberry Pi device that has a Wi-Fi transceiver;
- The Raspberry Pi continuously performs signal strength scans and broadcasts the scan results to the Position Computing web service;
- The three-dimensional position of a scan result is calculated using an interval-free center location algorithm, which is suitable for tracking moving targets and provides improved accuracy over traditional interval-based algorithms.

Optimal Timing
Application that ensures the management of employees' working times, non-working periods and their access to the premises.
Optimal Timing is a simple but almost complete solution for managing staff work / break time, developed by Optima Software.
- As a web-based application, it can be used on any device, from desktop to smartphone;
- Separate user types are defined for: regular staff, managers, application administrators;
- Hierarchical teams can either be managed directly in the application or imported from an Excel file with a predefined structure;
- Working / non-working days are managed in the application, but Romanian public holidays are automatically considered as non-working days;
- Each member of the staff is obliged to declare his activity for all established working days, regardless of the state of vacation, sick leave, delegation, etc.
- "Mark" the start and stop of a daily work, either in the app or by scanning a QR code;
- Upload a vacation request to his direct manager;
- Download various documents uploaded by administrators;
- Plan/forecast future work for various purposes: delegation, training, events, etc.
- Approves or rejects a request from his team members;
- Check the monthly report of the team members.
- An administrator can use the system either in Romanian or in English;
- Additional duties (compared to a manager) are mainly for management purposes and include:
- Management of all personnel (including import via Excel file);
- Management of non-working days;
- Upload important documents for employee use;
- Export (in Excel format) predefined data as:
- Staff plans/forecasts (either All or Selected);
- Marked working time for All or selected staff.
Production flow monitoring

Management of Advertising Boards
Web platform that allows the remote management of advertising panels, by changing the parameters of running the advertising clips.
- Client-level ad spot loading, processing and preview;
- Manage playlists by configuring play order and minimum/maximum number of repeats in a time range;
- Allocating playlists on different days and time slots;
- Collection of GPS coordinates from the moment a spot is running;
- Client reports showing the number of daily broadcasts as well as the locations where the commercials ran.
- Advertising Boards are mounted either on a car or in a fixed location, and the spots that are displayed are loaded from a controller device;
- Spots, playlists and settings are configured via a web platform;
- A Raspberry Pi type device connects to the API of the web platform using 4G and synchronizes the playlists and spots locally and then transmits them to the controller;
- The Raspberry PI device takes the GPS coordinates and running information of the spots from the controller and periodically sends them to the web platform.
